Delete your in-game account

1. If the account deletion option is available in your version of the game, open Friends → Profile and follow the account deletion instructions.
2. If you cannot access the game, or the option is unavailable, email [email protected] with the subject After Hours Account Deletion Request.
3. Provide the email linked to your game account (if applicable) and your in-game nickname to help us identify the correct account. We may ask you to verify ownership before deleting it.

Never email passwords, authentication tokens, or payment-card details.

Remove your website beta registration

If you received a beta signup email with a withdrawal link, you can use that link to remove your registration. Otherwise, email [email protected] from the address you registered with and request removal of your beta signup data.

Deleting a website beta registration does not automatically delete a separate game account.

What data is deleted or retained?

Following verification, we will delete the game account and associated personal data under our control, as applicable, including profile information, friend connections, and cloud save data. Website signup deletion removes the beta registration information under our control.

Some records may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, or transaction obligations. Google Play purchase history is managed separately by Google. Local saves stored on your device may remain until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it.

Requests are handled by the support team; this page does not automatically delete your account when visited.
