LUCKY7Z / PRIVACY
Privacy Policy
After Hours is a game developed and published by Lucky7z. This policy explains the personal information that may be collected when you use the game, participate in online features, visit our website, register for beta access, contact support, or make purchases.
1. Information we collect
- Beta registrations and website submissions: email address, optional Android device model, signup status, registration/consent timestamps, and information you choose to submit in feedback or support requests.
- Accounts and online features: when you use optional account features, we may process your account identifier, email address if provided for sign-in, display name or nickname, friend relationships, and online activity needed for features such as friend visits, gifts, and leaderboards.
- Game data: game progress, save data, inventory, virtual balances including Moon Tokens, achievements, gameplay events, and information needed to synchronize cloud saves or protect virtual purchases. Offline progress may be stored locally on your device.
- Purchases: Google Play purchase identifiers, product identifiers, transaction status, and verification information needed to grant or restore purchases. Payment card details are processed by Google Play; we do not request your full card number.
- Advertising and consent: if advertising is enabled, Google AdMob and associated Google services may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers where available, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and your advertising consent choices, subject to your device settings and applicable law.
- Technical and security data: IP address, request metadata, approximate network location, error details, and diagnostic information may be processed by our hosting and backend providers to operate services, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues. If you send a bug report, it may include device and game version details.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate the game and website; register and contact beta testers; provide optional accounts, friends, cloud saves, and leaderboards; process and restore purchases; show ads and respect advertising consent; respond to feedback; detect fraud and abuse; and maintain security and service reliability. We do not sell beta signup email lists.
3. Third-party services
The game and website use or are designed to use the following services as relevant to the feature you access:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, Cloudflare D1 database, and website request/security processing.
- Supabase: backend services for optional online accounts, social features, cloud data, and Moon Token records.
- Google Play: app distribution, beta testing access, and in-app billing.
- Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP): advertisements and consent management when advertising is enabled.
- Resend: beta registration and invitation emails, when email delivery is configured.
These providers process data under their own terms and privacy practices. Google’s privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy. Your advertising choices may also be available through your device settings and consent prompts shown in the game.
4. Sharing and disclosure
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the relevant services, with Google Play for tester eligibility and purchase processing, when you choose to use social features that display your chosen nickname or game information to other players, or when required by law or necessary to protect users and the service. We do not publish beta registrants' email addresses.
5. Storage and retention
Information is stored for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account and game records, fulfill purchases, address support requests, meet legal obligations, and prevent fraud. Website signup records remain while beta recruitment is active unless you request deletion. Some transaction and security records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or anti-fraud purposes. Local save data may remain on your device until you delete the game or its data.
6. Your choices and data deletion
You may choose not to create an online account, subject to the features that require one. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data by emailing [email protected]. For instructions on deleting your in-game account or website beta registration, see Account and data deletion below. If you received a registration email containing a withdrawal link, you may use that link to remove your beta registration. Deleting a website beta registration does not automatically delete a separate in-game account or Google Play purchase history. Please specify which records you want deleted. We may ask for information needed to verify your request.
Account and data deletion
You can request deletion of your After Hours in-game account and associated personal data, or deletion of your website beta registration. These are separate records, so please indicate which you want removed.
Request account deletion: Email [email protected] with the subject After Hours Account Deletion Request. Include your in-game nickname and the email associated with your account, if applicable. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment-card details.
In the game: If the account deletion option is available in your build, open Friends → Profile and follow the deletion instructions. If you cannot access the game, use the support email above.
Website beta signup: Use the withdrawal link in your beta registration email if you received one, or email [email protected] from your signup address to request removal.
What is deleted: Once your request is verified, we will delete the account and associated personal data that we control, such as account profile details, friend connections and cloud save data, as applicable. Some purchase, transaction, security, or compliance records may be retained where legally required or needed to prevent fraud. Google Play purchase history is managed separately by Google. Deleting your account does not necessarily erase local game saves stored on your device; you can clear the app's local storage using your device settings.
We may contact you to verify account ownership and confirm the scope of your request. For help or questions about deletion, email [email protected].
7. Children and age-related protections
After Hours is not intended to collect personal information from children without any consent required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us at [email protected] so we can review the request. Advertising and data practices for younger audiences depend on the game's Google Play target-audience settings and the final SDK configuration.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information, including access controls for administrative functions and backend services. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game and website evolve. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published. Significant changes may also be communicated through the game, website, or email where appropriate.
